The Career Center is the community's widest top-of-funnel asset. Since January 2024 it has gathered 21,460 job-seeker registrants and 21,611 applications, scaling sharply in late 2024 (December 2024 alone added 2,103 registrants) and settling into a variable monthly stream since.
Its strategic value is as a fishing net: the registrant list feeds the career newsletter and seeds the Career Community, turning job-seeker intent into community engagement over time.
