KAPRE delivered 169 contributors in April — 82% above the 2-year average and the second-highest contributor month behind October's 91. Posts (179), comments (352), and active users (1,202) all sat near or above prior peaks. The community is in steady acceleration.
2025 baseline shows the full prior year; 2026 partial line shows what we've recorded Jan–Apr.
Real Estate is Kaplan Community's quiet workhorse. It doesn't generate the YoY headlines that MCAT or LSAT do, and it doesn't run the engagement volume that Schweser does. What it does is show up every month with consistent posting, consistent commenting, and the highest discussion depth of any subcommunity outside Schweser.
April 2026 was the standout month — 169 contributors, 179 posts, 352 comments. The contributor count is 82% above the 2025 average and just barely behind October 2025's all-time high (91 contributors driven by an exam cycle). The student pool grew from 5,234 (Apr 2025) to 7,850 (Apr 2026); alumni from 4,159 to 7,653 — a 50% YoY expansion of the active-engagement audience.
The interactive study group remains the depth driver — 2.80 pages per user, 59-second average engagement time. The Real Estate community has figured out how to keep people in the discussion once they arrive. The open question is converting the 7,850 students into the 169 contributors at scale: adoption rate sits at 6%, still lowest among the active product communities.
