The Story

What this team is actually doing

Real Estate is one of Kaplan Community's two engagement engines, tracking close to Schweser month after month. It shows up every month with consistent posting and commenting, and in May it led the whole platform on contributors (164 to Schweser's 141).

May 2026 held the pace: 164 contributors, 194 posts, 232 comments, with posts up 8% over April. Members shifted with May's reclassification of LMS completers, students now 2,364 and alumni 13,981.

Study groups and California practice keep people in the discussion once they arrive. The open question is converting the large student base into contributors at scale: adoption is 5% in May, still the lowest among the active product communities.

The angle
Steady, not spiky. Real estate licensing exams run year-round, so KREE's engagement is a consistent stream rather than a seasonal peak. The leverage is pre-staging practice-test discussions and formula sheets into that stream and converting more of the large student base into contributors.
